*-Sewer payments are due by the last day of each month. Late payments must be included. Payments may be made in person, by mail or during non-business hours, payments may be placed in the mail slot in the office door. All accounts are subject to additional fees for delinquent accounts.
*-All dwellings being sold within the Borough must have a final sewer inspection at least 14 days prior to the closing of the home. Any defects noted in this inspection must be corrected and the corrections MUST be reinspected prior to the final closing. Fee for the inspection is $250.00. Failure to comply with this ordinance may result in fines. (Ordinance; Chapter 27 Section 425-67)
Applications are available at Cheri Aungst’s office. Payment and application must be submitted to Cheri before the final inspection can be scheduled. Inspections are the responsibility of the homeowner.
